This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type purchased.

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice, do not constitute a refund.

Return Policy:

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund

What is Tixel?

Tixel is a safe and transparent event marketplace that allows fans to easily exchange tickets at a fair price. Tixel allows you to sign up for a waitlist to be notified if a ticket becomes available or pre-authorize your credit card to automatically purchase a ticket if one becomes available. 

The event is sold out, how can I get a ticket?

You can visit Tixel to join the waitlist, set up an auto-purchase or safely buy a resale ticket.

Setting up an auto-purchase on Tixel

To give yourself the best chance of getting a ticket you can set up an auto-purchase on Tixel by clicking ‘join the waitlist’ then ‘set up auto-purchase’. Select the ticket you want, the quantity and then the price you are willing to pay up to a maximum of 20% above the original face value. If another fan lists a ticket, you'll automatically purchase it if your price matches theirs. You can choose when your auto-purchase expires, and your card won't be charged after that.

How to list your tickets

Step 1: Head to www.tixel.com/sell

Step 2: When asked for your ticket select “I have a PDF.” Follow the instructions and list the ticket.

A PDF ticket will either be attached to your confirmation email from Easol or you can follow the link in your confirmation email to login to your account and access your ticket via the “View Ticket” link and download your ticket. 

What if I've already found a buyer? Can I exchange my ticket privately on Tixel?

Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people who have your unique ticket link will be able to buy your ticket. 

I've sold my ticket. What happens next?

Once you've sold your ticket, there is no further action required from sellers. All buyers will be provided with a new ticket in their name which they'll be able to download closer to the event and the original ticket will be invalidated. By default, your funds will be released after the completion of the event.

I've purchased a ticket on Tixel, when will I receive my PDF?

You will be issued with a brand new ticket which will be available to download closer to the event. All buyers will be notified when their tickets are available to be downloaded. To access your ticket when it is available login to Tixel and go to Purchased Tickets. 

I’m having trouble reselling my ticket.

If you’re having trouble selling your ticket on Tixel, please contact them via https://tixel.com/contact-form and they will be able to assist with reselling the ticket.
