For the last decade plus, the words “Yeah,” “Ok,” and “What” have been synonymous with multi-platinum, Grammy award winning artist Lil Jon. He has been one of the most prominent figures in music and pop culture alike, performing for hundreds of thousands of fans with Usher & Ludacris, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Pitbull, TLC (on FOX’s American Idol), Yandel, LMFAO and Sydney Samson just to name a few. In 2014, Lil Jon proved once again he’s a powerhouse artist teaming up with DJ Snake for their smash hit “Turn Down For What,” which created a massive worldwide craze. The string of hit songs haven’t stop after that including “Bend Ova” feat. Tyga, “Prison Riot” with Flosstradamus, “Get Loose,” (out on DIM MAK) and recent singles “Live The Night,” with Hardwell  “Savage,” with Borgeous and Riggi & Piros and “Take It Off” featuring Yandel and Becky G. 

In 2019, Pretty Ricky joined The Millennium Tour along with B2K, Mario, Chingy, Ying Yang Twins, Lloyd, and Bobby Valentino.

The tour kicked off a national uproar amongst fans with the surprising return of the group and their captivating performance with an undeniable musical connection. Pretty Ricky returned to their roots of brotherhood, stage presence, and now working on a new project that is sure to take fans around the world to the classic home of R&B. May 2019, The Millennium Tour ended in Las Vegas where Pretty Ricky stole the hearts of their fans while gaining new fans during every stop on the tour. 

Pretty Ricky is gearing up to release a new single entitled “Body.” The single has a sample from R&B legends, LSG, and their song “My Body.” The group is preparing to reveal the hidden project that the world has been awaiting due to the hiatus taken by the members of Pretty Ricky. 

After a long-standing hiatus, in 2015, Pretty Ricky released a promotional reunion single titled "Puddles". This marked the return of former lead vocalist Pleasure P to the group. "Puddles" was the most requested song on South Florida's major radio station, 99JAMZ, in the days following its release.

Pretty Ricky is comprised of a R&B melodic feel with an urban twist in delivery. The group members were born and raised in Miami, Florida. The group originally consist of brothers Ala Diamond "Baby Blue" Smith and "Spectacular" Smith, Corey "Slick em" Mathis, and Marcus "Pleasure P" Cooper. Baby Blue and Spectacular are blood brothers. Slick and Pleasure P are also brother’s and cousins to the Smith brothers. Cooper is the group's only singer; the others take roles as rappers. 

The band's name was taken from a character in Martin Lawrence’s comedic series, Martin. "We all used to dress alike, really different to everyone else. We wore fur in the summer when everyone else was in t-shirts," Pleasure explained. "On the show was a character called 'Pretty Ricky.' He was slick and always dressed different to everyone else, so all the girls at school started calling us 'Pretty Ricky'." The group had great success with singles such as "Grind With Me" and "On The Hotline", and albums such as Late Night Special and Bluestars. 

In 1997 while performing together in Miami, Florida Pretty Ricky was signed to Bluestar Entertainment by CEO Joseph "Blue" Smith. Supported by their father, Joseph "Blue" Smith Sr., who also served as the band's manager, these four boys, also was joined by their older brother, Joseph "Chinchilla" Smith, II, set out to develop their music career in 1997 under the name of "Pretty Rickie and The Maverix". According to a 1999 story in The Miami Herald, at first, it was Joseph Smith, II who was called "Pretty Rickie" while the other four brothers were "The Maverix". Upon his departure from the group, and with the objection of the country band The Mavericks regarding the name, the remaining personnel decided to reapply their original idea of the band's identity, using  the name "Pretty Ricky". The remaining four brothers decided to change "ie" to "y" as it sounded "more masculine". 

With the help from producer Jim Jonsin of the Unusual Suspects production team, Pretty Ricky began to gain a desirable attention through their local performances. However, it was not until 2002 that the group encountered their initial success as their song "Flossin'" became a huge hit on Miami radio station Power 96.

Soulja Boy, is an American rapper and record producer. He rose to prominence with his selfreleased 2007 debut single, "Crank That (Soulja Boy)", which peaked the Billboard Hot 100 for seven 

non-consecutive weeks. After its commercial re-release by Collipark Music, an imprint of 

Interscope Records, the song and its follow-up, "Soulja Girl", both preceded the release of his debut 

studio album, Souljaboytellem.com (2007). Despite unfavorable critical reception, it peaked at 

number four on the Billboard 200 and spawned the single "Yahhh!

Globally celebrated for his groundbreaking debut album, "The Sound of Revenge", Chamillionaire emerged as a defining voice in hip-hop with this platinum-plus release, which became one of the most influential records of 2006.  Chamillionaire made history as the biggest-selling ringtone artist, with over 5 million ringtone sales, and was recognized by the RIAA as the first multi-platinum Mastertone artist. His innovative contributions to the music industry were honored with the Best Rap Video of the Year award for “Ridin’” at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards. Additionally, he was celebrated as “Rookie of the Year” and received the prestigious Viewer’s Choice Award at the inaugural BET Hip Hop Awards, along with a nomination for Favorite New Breakthrough Artist at the American Music Awards. 

In February 2007, Chamillionaire achieved his first Grammy Award for Best Performance By Duo Or Group for “Ridin’.” That same year, he released his critically acclaimed sophomore album, "Ultimate Victory", which debuted in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 and solidified his status as one of the premier artists in hip-hop.

Paul Michael Slayton, better known by his stage name Paul Wall, is an American rapper and DJ. He began his career performing alongside fellow Houstonian Chamillionaire, with whom he released several albums, including 2002’s independently released Get Ya Mind Correct. By 2005, he was signed to Atlantic Records and became successful with his major label debut The People’s Champ. He has been nominated for one Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance as a Duo or Group for the song “Grillz“, his collaboration with rapper Nelly. In 2005, Paul Wall released his first album, The People’s Champ, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. The first single was “Sittin’ Sidewayz” featuring Big Pokey, which peaked at no. 34 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and no. 93 on the Billboard Hot 100. The third single, “Girl“, became the most successful single off The People’s Champ, peaking at no. 35 on the Hot 100. In November 2005, Paul Wall was featured on Nelly‘s Grillz, which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

Warren Anderson Mathis (born March 6, 1977), better known by his stage name Bubba Sparxxx, is an American rapper. His 2001 single, "Ugly" (featuring Timbaland) peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 and led him to sign with Timbaland's Beat Club Records, an imprint of Interscope Records to release his debut studio album, Dark Days, Bright Nights (2001). A critical and commercial success, it peaked at number three on the Billboard 200.

His second album, Deliverance (2003) was met with further critical acclaim, while his third, The Charm (2006)—released by Big Boi's Purple Ribbon Records, an imprint of Virgin Records—yielded the single "Ms. New Booty" (featuring Ying Yang Twins and Mr. Collipark), which peaked at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100. This marked his final release on a major label, and his subsequent releases delved further into country rap.
